Holy moly y’all…I checked “the Knot” app today and the wedding is officially only 5 days away!
*insert panic mode*
I feel like there is still so much to do! Haha! Speaking of the wedding, I’ve gotten some fitness post requests after posting one of my latest Instagram’s – insert today’s post! I wanted to shed a few pounds before the big day, so I started working out using the BodyBoss Ultimate Body Fitness Guide a couple months ago. It’s a 12 week step-by-step high intensity workout program that doesn’t require a gym membership to do! You can do everything in your own backyard! The 4 week Pre-Training Program made me realize how out of shape I am…haha! I was a little initially a little worried the guide would be hard to follow, because I had no experience with HIIT workouts, but the book was really detailed and easy to follow! There are so many awesome/challenging HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts that only take about 24 minutes 3X a week, which was a big one for me, because I literally have zero time right now between work and wedding planning! I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the past 8 weeks, so I’m finally ready to walk down the aisle! I went and tried my dress on a couple weeks ago, and it was WAY too big! I didn’t even realize how many inches I had lost around my waist until I put the dress back on!
The last page of the fitness guide has a body goals worksheet where you can record your own weight and document your body goals to compare at the end of the program!
